Sber and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) have launched a joint additional vocational training program based on the acceleration program for students, graduate students and researchers of SberStudent universities. It is stated that this is the first training program in Russia to train specialists with the qualification of “Technological Entrepreneurs”.
The training course will last 18 months and will consist of materials from the SberStudent accelerator based on the theoretical foundations of the art of entrepreneurship, case studies from Sber leaders and the RANEPA Institute of Business and Management, as well as practical work. On student technology projects under the supervision of experienced startup advisors.
The program is based in Moscow and St. Petersburg, where the university’s regional centers for developing RANEPA’s technological entrepreneurship operate. It will be presented to second-year students of the Presidential Academy, studying at its branches in St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod and Krasnogorsk.
All branches of the academy will participate in the program in the future.
As the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Alexander Vedyakhin noted, the profession of an entrepreneur requires not only high skill in professional qualifications, but also developed social skills – the ability to achieve goals, communicate effectively, manage a team, present oneself and much more.
