Poland has banned the import of agricultural products from Ukraine until June 30. It was announced in parliament portal countries.
It was noted that products of both plant and animal origin are within the scope of the ban.
“Based on the law on the management of foreign trade of April 16, 2004 … until June 30, 2023, the importation of agricultural products produced or imported from the territory of Ukraine into the region was prohibited. Republic of Poland,” says the relevant document.
Maria Zakharova, formerly the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry reacted Poland’s decision to suspend grain imports from Ukraine.
Before that, the Polish government official the heads of relevant departments will temporarily ban grain imports from Ukraine.
