In 2022, the United Institute of Development in the Housing Sector JSC Dom.RF increased its assets by 1.5 times to 3 trillion rubles and received a net profit of 30 billion rubles – such figures are given in the financial statements of the joint stock company.
According to Vitaly Mutko, Director General of Dom.RF JSC, the joint stock company put into circulation 2.4 thousand hectares of land last year, financed the construction of 15.4 million square meters. m. new housing, infrastructure construction started in 17 regions of Russia and 37.7 thousand housing loans were given. As the preferred mortgage operator, the sole housing development agency helped solve the housing problems of 485,000 families during the year.
“In the process of fulfilling these tasks, the company’s assets increased 1.5 times to 3 trillion rubles, and its net profit exceeded 30 billion rubles. Despite all the challenges of 2022, Dom.RF maintains traditionally high standards of return on equity and financial stability,” said Vitaly Mutko.
The circulated document states that the volume of the project finance portfolio has increased by 308 billion rubles since the beginning of the year, reaching 633 billion rubles as of December 31, 2022. In Dom.RF, such indicators are associated with an increase in the volume of payments under line of credit agreements for project financing of residential construction.
As for housing mortgage loans to individuals, it is reported that for 2022 the growth in the book value of the portfolio is 268 billion rubles. Dom.RF explained that this is mainly due to the issuance of mortgage loans and the amortization of mortgages, which are collateral for securitization transactions concluded in 2022.
The document states that an increase of 273 billion rubles in the balances of bonds issued for 2022 is associated with the issuance of corporate bonds, bonds for financing infrastructure.
“The results achieved in 2022 are a solid foundation for the further growth of the company and the implementation of new opportunities to support the housing sector of the country,” said Vitaly Mutko.
