We are talking about the price of this type of fuel excluding value added tax (VAT). The article states that the average cost of one ton of coking coal in the Russian market is made on the basis of FCA (“loading to the seller’s transport at a specific location”).
“In the first week of April, coking coal concentrate on the Russian market increased by an average of 24% compared to March, according to the FCA (“transport at the seller’s designated location”). Experts explain this with the weakening of the ruble and high export quotations,” he said.
