Poland offers to distribute Ukrainian grain to all EU countries

Robert Telyus, Head of the Polish Ministry of Agriculture, said that Ukrainian agricultural products should be distributed to all EU countries in order to solve the problems that arise due to the excess in the market. Words lead the way Polish Press Agency.

“We will all have to deal with this problem in order to distribute products from Ukraine to all EU countries,” he said.

According to the minister, this issue was discussed with representatives of the agricultural sector of Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which suffer more than others from problems with Ukrainian grain imports. Now Telyus plans to hold talks with the above countries to make a joint call to the European Union to change its policy on duty-free access of Ukrainian agricultural products to European markets.

On the eve of the Romanian Social Democratic Party applied to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country with a request to start negotiations on the cessation of the supply of Ukrainian grain to the country while continuing the transition to third countries.
