80% of employers plan to increase their employees’ salaries in 2023, transmits Citing the results of a study conducted by the Russian School of Management and HR Metrics, RT. It is stated that many companies are ready for a significant increase in the fee fund: 20% or more – 12% of respondents, 10-15% – 16%, 5-10% – 33%, less than 5% – 19% .

It also revealed that 48% of respondents plan to increase the salaries of all employees as part of indexation, 44% will increase wages pointwise, 7% – only for specialists, 1% – only for management. Only 8% of employers will not increase their salaries, while the remaining 12% have not decided yet.

More than 1,000 business owners, managers and HR professionals participated in the research.
