Bloomberg: Ukraine could lose European support over grain problems

Kiev risks losing the support of its neighbors as Ukrainian grain flows into the European market. It has been reported Bloomberg.

According to the agency, dissatisfaction with the situation of Ukrainian grain is growing in European countries. Farmers in Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria are experiencing financial problems due to low prices associated with Ukrainian grain flows.

“Poland and other neighboring countries have agreed to help export grain from Ukraine to world markets after exports were blocked last year due to the conflict in Ukraine. Some of this supply is currently accumulating in Eastern Europe, threatening local livelihoods.
