Yegor Popov, commercial and marketing director of the former TotalEnergies plant in the Kaluga region, announced that production at Top Lubricants LLC will soon resume and enter the Russian market. TASS.

It was noted that the new owner of the factory, which was transferred to the Russian management, restarted production and the first batch of motor oil, up to 1.5 million liters, should be ready in April.

Popov also noted that by 2025, the modernization of production should allow production to triple to 150 thousand tons, and this year alone should increase production by 40%.
