As part of measures to improve the efficiency of budget expenditure management, the Ministry of Finance (MinFin) plans to prepare and submit proposals to the government to reduce the number of federal government agencies located in Russia. “The Ministry of Finance plans to prepare and submit proposals to the government “to reduce the number of federal state institutions subordinate to federal executive bodies managed by the government of the Russian Federation. The measure is proposed to increase the efficiency of budget expenditure management,” the statement said.
