The document provides for an increase in the ammonium nitrate export quota. The government announced that the decision would allow producers of mineral fertilizers to supply “unclaimed final product residues, provided the needs of the domestic market are fully met”.
It was noted that the total volume of the export quota will be over 12.6 million tons. At the same time, it will not apply to the supply of fertilizers to Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
