Russian Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Community Services Nikita Stasishin said that a decrease in the cost of housing per square meter should not be expected in Russia. Transmits words TASS.
The Deputy Minister pointed out that there will be no decrease in housing prices due to the increase in the cost of some building materials, the increase in the prices of project financing and the decrease in sales rates, considering the declared quality of the projects, and the cost of land and infrastructure.
“Today, in my opinion, an excellent balance of prices and ways to improve living conditions,” concluded Stasishin.
Previously, throughout Russia from the beginning of 2023, to create housing by half compared to previous years due to the sharp decline in demand.
Before that, the newspaper Izvestia, citing data from developers WroteAt the beginning of 2023, a new wave of rising prices for new housing construction appeared on the Russian real estate market.
