In 2022, people aged 18 to 34 and citizens with higher education were more likely to get a loan than other Russians. In this respect Wrote TASS agency citing a study by the HSE Economic and Sociological Research Laboratory led by HSE First Vice-Chancellor Vadim Radaev.
