We must carefully examine the situation in the US banking sector and draw conclusions. This was expressed by the first deputy chairman of the Bank of Russia Ksenia Yudaeva.
“We must learn not only from our own mistakes, but also from the mistakes of others. We have reason to think so. But this situation [ситуация с банками США] we need to carefully study, study and understand whether this will affect us, ”said Yudaeva, commenting on the relevant topic.
His words were reported by the TASS agency.
Yudaeva described the banking crisis in the United States with the phrase: “This never happened, and here it is again”, follows from the material.
Earlier, columnist Kenneth Rapoza expressed the view that the Russian banking system is more stable than that of the West.
“Contrary to recent events with Silicon Valley Bank in the US and Credit Suisse in Switzerland, there has not been a banking crisis in Russia,” the columnist stressed.
