The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has developed a new mechanism to support public service infrastructure. In the department’s opinion, funds from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) should be directed, among other things, to solving problems in housing and communal services (HCS). informs The newspaper Izvestia referred to the statement made by the FAS press service.
“The sourcing companies will be reimbursed for the construction of engineering networks. The adoption of the draft document is expected to help increase the annual volume of residential commissioning transactions. The draft document allows the resource supply company to establish engineering networks for the technical connection to heat, water supply and sanitation in the developer’s complex application, with the participation of the National Welfare Fund.
It is assumed that this mechanism will allow companies planning construction to reduce connection fees. The article states that organizations will have the opportunity to create larger networks immediately, taking into account the interconnection of all potential objects.
“The mechanism provided by the draft of our document will make it possible to create large-volume connections for common infrastructure during the integrated development of the territory, the construction of residential complexes and other facilities.” concludes.
March 10, Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities Ireka Fayzullin declarationHe said his department had contacted the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS). The reason for this was the increase in rebar prices for the last three weeks.
