“The bill provides for tax exemption for services to replace defective aircraft engines, civil aircraft components and components, in exchange for similar serviceable aircraft engines, spare parts, components and components intended for their repair and (or) modernization. civil aircraft or the parts that make them up,” the message says.
It was noted that the bill will be discussed within the scope of the amendments to be made in January 2023 in the Tax Law, which reduces the tax burden on service companies in the field of aviation.
