Viktor Evtukhov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, urged Wildberries to strengthen feedback with both employees and partners. He told this to reporters TASS.
According to him, such a decision was made after the meeting of the commission on establishing the conditions for self-regulation in electronic commerce on the site.
It was previously reported that Wildberries knowledgeable on the temporary suspension of deductions from the owners of common points of ordering for the replacement of goods.
On March 15, dozens of Wildberry order pickers stopped delivering parcels as part of the strike against the new penalty system. In response, the company closed several outlets “for security reasons” and said it would suspend cooperation with “partners” who choose “uncivilized forms of dialogue”.
The media also reported that striking employees of the PVZ were dismissed. The State Duma promised to amend the legislation and invited representatives of Wildberry to a meeting.
