Entrepreneurs used the services of the digital platform SME.RF 1.8 million times

In the first year of operation of the SME.RF digital platform, more than 320 thousand registered Russian entrepreneurs, legal entities, self-employed and those planning to start their own business, using its services and products more than 1.8 million times. This was reported by the press service of SME Corporation.

User requests regarding support measures, preferential rental and loan programs applications. On average, each registered on the platform used its services more than 5 times.

As emphasized by Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the digital platform is one of the federal projects that make up the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises”.

“The purpose of its establishment is to provide every entrepreneur in our country with the opportunity to take the support measures they need remotely and to access special services wherever they are. “One of the priority tasks is to make the platform not only a proactive business assistant, but also the main, effective mechanism for feedback from entrepreneurs to government.”

According to Alexander Isaevich, Managing Director of SME Corporation, a major phase of work preceded the launch of the project, priority services for digitalization were identified together with entrepreneurs.

“Regional Support Measures are among the most requested services. To integrate it into SME.RF, we had to link the digital platform with more than 30 regional information systems to support entrepreneurs. Personal accounts were created for other subjects of the Russian Federation. Through them, the authorities and employees of the support infrastructure place their measures on the digital platform, accept and process the applications of entrepreneurs,” he said.

SME announced today that over 300 digitized products and services from the regions are offered on the platform and that efforts are underway to simplify the procedure for obtaining support.

Recall that the digital platform for small and medium-sized businesses was developed by the SME Company together with the Ministry of Economic Development and its services were made available to users in February 2022. The creation, development, implementation of the platform is provided by the national project “Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurship”, supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
