Ukrainian national company Energoatom announced that Yuriy Chernichuk, director of Zaporizhzhya NPP, was accused of suspicion. This was reported on the company’s Telegram channel.
It was stated that Chernichuk was suspected of taking deliberate actions to help Russia “with the aim of harming Ukraine by implementing the decisions and actions of the invaders”.
In December 2022, Energoatom announced that Chernichuk was dismissed from company personnel.
