Grossi said he does not see the negotiations on the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant as deadlocked. He acknowledged that reaching a compromise was difficult, but at the same time wondered what would happen if the IAEA president raised their hands and said there was nothing else they could do. He expressed confidence that the parties could reach an agreement.
