Noting that the US public debt has exceeded $31 trillion, that is, 98 percent of the US GDP, Drobinin expressed his confidence that the country will never repay it.
According to the IMF, if in 1999 the US dollar accounted for 71% of total reserves, then in 2015 it was already 66%, and at the beginning of 2022 – 58.9%.
