Yalta International Economic Forum will be held in Moscow on September 29-30 with the participation of the heads of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. This was expressed by the head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, reports DEA News.
Aksyonov recalled that Denis Pushilin, acting chairman of the DPR, and Leonid Pasechnik, acting chairman of the LPR, had previously attended the forum regularly, in fact they were its participants.
“Taking into account logistics, there will probably be a proposal to hold in Moscow on September 29-30, when the anniversary of the reunification of new subjects with Russia will be celebrated,” said the head of Crimea.
The official explained that due to the complexity of logistics, the event will be held in Moscow, not in Crimea as usual. He added that the new format of the forum will be made public before 1 April.
Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF) has been held annually in Crimea since 2015. It is one of the four largest economic events held in Russia.
