“Yandex… announced today that Alexei Komissarov is leaving the company’s board of directors,” the document says.
In addition, Yandex noted that Yandex NV’s board of directors now consists of six people and has a quorum.
Komissarov has been serving as an independent board member of the company since 20 December 2019. It was placed on the European Union’s sanctions list at the end of February. At the same time, neither Yandex itself nor the group’s subsidiaries fell under the restrictions of the European Union, the United States, England and Switzerland.
