“As March 18 is very soon, we have sent a letter requesting to start solving this problem, but we still have not received any response,” said the representative of the Ukrainian side.
Earlier, RIA Novosti, citing a source familiar with the negotiations, stated that Turkey and the UN to obtain Reinforced concrete guarantees for the release of Russian agricultural products and ammonia to the markets are waiting for the West to make them public, which will help extend the grain deal and work effectively. According to him there are currently “barriers in logistics, insurance and payment”.
