Last year, the average cost of luxury real estate in the resort town of Sochi increased by a third. By the end of December, prices per square meter in this residential segment rose to 2.4 million rubles per square meter, informs “Lenta.ru”, which refers to the statistical data of NF Group analysts.
“According to the results of 2022, the cost of luxury real estate in Sochi increased by a third to 2.4 million rubles per square meter,” the article says.
At the same time, the total number of projects commissioned in the elite real estate sector in Sochi decreased by 42% during the year to only 70 lots. In this regard, the 2021 indicators were much higher and set an absolute maximum. The article also states that for 12 months, the number of luxury apartments available in the resort has also decreased.
At the end of December, just over 100 plots were put up for sale in four new buildings, which is 19% lower than the same period in 2021 in the local real estate market in this sector.
But at the end of 2022, the opposite dynamics was observed in the secondary real estate market in Sochi. January 7 edition of RBC citing statistical data from analysts of the consulting firm SRG reportedthis city has become the only city in the country where the average cost of “secondary” objects has decreased. For 12 months, this indicator has decreased by 0.89%.
