In 2023, small and micro enterprises will be able to receive preferential leasing services for a total of 2.4 billion rubles from KOBI Leasing, a subsidiary of KOBI Corporation. This was announced by Alexander Isaevich, Director General of the SME Company, was conveyed by the press service of the organization.
Within the scope of the program, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to rent equipment at discounted prices to develop their activities. As Alexander Isaevich emphasized, Russian equipment can be bought at 6% per year, foreign – 8% (in the amount of 500 thousand to 50 million rubles).
“Continuing the implementation of the preferential leasing program is one of the support measures provided by the government to small and medium-sized enterprises as part of the implementation of the national project to support small and medium enterprises.
6% and 8% preferential leasing will help our entrepreneurs to acquire the necessary equipment under suitable conditions, increase production and create new employment. As a result, this will accelerate the development of the SME sector as a whole.”
The SME Company announced that under the terms of the Priority+ program, a concessional rate lease is only available for new production equipment. If there is bail from regional surety organizations, the advance amount can be from 0%. The preferential lease term is from 13 months to seven years. An individual payment plan is provided for entrepreneurs, including delay. In addition to this product, the SME Company is preparing to launch leasing with a limit of up to 100 million rubles under the Priority program.
“In its framework, financing will be withdrawn from external sources, which will make it possible to provide support for a total of 7.1 billion rubles, including medium-sized enterprises. It is planned that the rates under the priority program do not exceed 6% plus the Central Bank lock rate for medium-sized enterprises (with a limit of up to 100 million rubles), and 7% plus key rate for small enterprises. The key rate of the Central Bank plus 7.5% for enterprises and micro-enterprises (with a limit of up to 50 million rubles), Alexander Isaevich said.
A special service has been activated on the MSP.RF digital platform for the acceptance of rental applications.
Recall that support for Russian businessmen was provided in the framework of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises” under the supervision of First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.
