“We don’t have the prerequisites for that,” he explained.
According to Bazin, if the hotel leaves Russia, the operator will not fulfill its obligations.
“This is not an option. It’s a legal issue, I have fiduciary obligations for the next 25 years,” he said.
However, Bazin noted that the situation may change if the restrictions of the European Union, the UK and the USA on the Russian Federation become tougher.
