There is also a high demand for evening workers in the transport and logistics sector (11%), as well as in the IT sector (10%). According to experts, such open positions are suitable for candidates who already have a main job and need additional income. This is also convenient for employers because these workers can be self-employed and this is an easier tax regime and form of registration.
