The volume of subsidized mortgage loans issued in Moscow in January reached 11.2 billion rubles, which is 17.8% more than loans received in other regions of Russia. This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. Wrote agency TASS.
“Moscow maintains its leading position among the regions of Russia in terms of preferential mortgage loans issued. Their volume for January amounted to 11.2 billion rubles. – this is 17.8% of the volume of preferential mortgages in all of Russia, ”said Yefimov.
According to him, 15.3% or 1,282 fewer loans were issued to buy an apartment in January 2023, compared to the record 8,353 housing loans were issued in Moscow in January 2022.
At the same time, according to Igor Maidanov, Head of the Rosreestr Department in Moscow, in the first month of 2023 the volume of housing loans increased by 18.9% or 5,948 loan contracts compared to January 2021.
