For this, it is stated that the condition of data exchange with the unified state information system in the field of health should be included in the contract made with the clinic and the patient.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development, the initiative will increase the availability of telemedicine consultations and save time for Russians. “There will be an opportunity to get treatment appointments from specialist health professionals from different cities and regions,” the ministry said.
