At an annual rate of 8% and the loan term of 25 years, the payment will be 11.6 thousand rubles per month. This means that you need to earn about 29 thousand rubles. In Moscow, an apartment in a new building in the same district will cost an average of 18.3 million rubles. With the same loan parameters, the down payment will be 2.7 million rubles, the monthly payment of the loan will be 120.4 thousand rubles. Analysts noted that for this reason you need to earn more than 301 thousand rubles.
The top 3 regions with the lowest income required to obtain a mortgage also included the Republic of Dagestan (just over 37 thousand rubles) and the Circassian Republic (more than 38 thousand rubles). At the same time, St. Petersburg (more than 193 thousand rubles, and the Leningrad region – more than 162 thousand rubles) was included in the list of regions with the highest salaries for obtaining mortgages.
Analysts calculated the average monthly mortgage payment based on Rosstat data on the average cost of new buildings. Based on these calculations, the average salary levels required to get a mortgage were calculated.
