Ukrainian PM Shmygal: American DFC will allocate up to one billion dollars to help Kiev21:28

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said the American International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) will “mobilize” one billion dollars to support the Ukrainian economy. He announced this on his social networks.

According to Shmyhal, DFC is ready to support Ukrainian trade.

“Today, DFC Director Scott Nathan announced at our meeting that the company will raise $250 million this year to help finance programs to support small and medium businesses. Overall, DFC plans to mobilize up to $1 billion to support the Ukrainian economy,” he wrote.

Also, according to him, the American and Ukrainian sides discussed the means of attracting investments, as well as the issue of opening a stock exchange in Ukraine.
