Ukraine withdrew from the agreement with Russia on the establishment of mutual trade branches and economic representations in the embassies of both countries. This was announced on the Telegram channel by Taras Melnychuk, the representative of the Ukrainian government in the Verkhovna Rada.

“The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of the Russian Federation on the mutual establishment of branches of the trade and economic mission as part of the Ukrainian embassy in the Russian Federation and branches of the trade mission of the Russian Federation Ukraine has been terminated,” Melnichuk wrote.

He noted that this agreement was signed on April 29, 2009 in Moscow.
