According to him, the average discount on home sales in the secondary market is currently 6%. But in the advertisements, sellers do not want to lower the price, hoping to sell the property at the highest possible price.
He added that at the moment the most profitable objects are those that are urgently sold. This means that landlords need to sell homes quickly to resolve credit debt issues or for fear that the property’s value will continue to decline. In such cases, the discount can go up to 25%.
