Kazakhstan Energy Minister Bolat Akçulakov said the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) oil pipeline will continue to be the main export route for Kazakh oil in 2023. He told this to reporters DEA News.

According to him, the pipeline is not under sanctions and there is no ban on oil transit through the pipeline.

He also expressed hope that the non-imposition of sanctions on the CCP will continue next year.

It was previously reported that Russia will leave. support Passage of oil from Kazakhstan to Germany via the Druzhba pipeline system. This was expressed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak.

He added that the Russian side has taken a normal attitude towards the growth of oil transit from Kazakhstan via Druzhba. If there is such an application from Kazakhstan, Russia will also support it.

On December 21, Kazakhstan’s national energy company Kaimunagaz announced that a test delivery of its oil to Schwedt, Germany, should be made in the near future. Thus, the company will replace Russian fuel in Germany.
