According to him, some regions are really struggling with the economy. While their heads travel around the country and abroad to attract investment, others simply “sit and wait for subsidies from above.”
“Once again, perhaps next year, I suggest that you begin to expand the practices of the good regions that are advancing. <…> And we need to study and apply this positive experience. And do not strive to live on subsidies, ”says the head of the department.
The Minister stressed that the authorities of the issue should make more efforts than ever to make the region attractive for investment.
