Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he will sign a decree on retaliatory measures to the oil price ceiling adopted by Western countries on December 26-27. It has been reported TASS.
“The decree, I think I’ll sign somewhere on Monday or Tuesday,” said Putin, describing them as “preventive measures”.

He warned that the price of oil “could go too high” as a result.
