In particular, as journalists wrote with reference to experts, sales of semi-finished meat products may increase by 15-30 percent by the end of the year.
Yulia Panferova, Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Meat Processors (NSM), noted that the sale of almost all semi-finished meat products has increased: cutlets, kebabs, cutlets, meat in various sauces, etc. According to him, besides saving time, there is a trend towards lean consumption.
Roif Expert agency confirms the NSM data, noting that the semi-finished meat market saw record growth in 2022.
In their study, INFOLine agency experts also noted a slowdown in the growth rate of sales of ready-to-eat rations and cooking kits to 17% (up from 44% in 2021).
