Earlier, Reiters referred to a statement from operator National Grid. reportedthat more than a million British families are participating in a program to reduce energy consumption in exchange for a reduction in their electricity bills.

The publication stated that we are talking about a flexible demand service (DFS), whose connection has become possible for the British since November 1st. As part of this program, residents receive discounts if they agree to turn off some of their household appliances, often in the form of a refund of part of the funds paid for electricity.
