According to the press service of Rosneft, the economic impact of the implementation of a set of measures for the energy efficiency of equipment at the Bashneft refinery for 9 months of 2022 exceeded 183 million rubles.
The company said that the energy-technological adjustment of the furnace equipment in the refinery units makes it possible to minimize the heat load on the main technological units without lowering the key performance indicators.
“As a result of the adjustment of the equipment, 26,000 tons of natural gas was saved. At the same time, the safety of the furnace operation has been significantly improved,” the report says.
As highlighted at Bashneft, production safety is a key priority for the company. So, in 2019, a special unit was created in Bashneft-Service Refinery, the company’s own service enterprise, for regular energy-technological adjustment of furnace and heat exchange equipment. Adjustments are currently being made to 127 furnaces and 5 boilers belonging to the Ufa refinery group.
“To improve the Bashneft-Servis Refinery business, I have developed training materials on establishing and maintaining the optimum combustion mode of furnaces based on the results of reports on the work done,” the company said.
Thus, the high results of the applied technology make it possible to scale this experience to other Rosneft enterprises. Thus, in 2022, employees of the Novokubyshevsk Refinery, Komsomolsk Refinery, Angarsk Petrochemical Company, Syzran Refinery, Novokuibyshevsk Oil Company received special training.
