“These funds will be used to implement projects in the Volgograd, Kaliningrad and Smolensk regions,” said the Russian Prime Minister.

The money will be used to complete the construction of a plant for deep processing of maize. The Kaliningrad region will receive 181.6 million rubles. A new fish factory workshop will be built there, where they will start processing and canning fish. 132.8 million rubles will be transferred to the Smolensk region. A facility for the production of dry dairy products will be established in the region.
