According to the press service of the company, on December 1, a demo day of Sber’s youth acceleration programs and startup projects in the field of artificial intelligence took place in Moscow.
As part of the event, 20 schoolchildren and student teams from Sber youth accelerators, who received a grant from the Innovation Promotion Foundation under the competence center federal project “Artificial Intelligence”, and 10 developers in the field of artificial intelligence participated. Of these, Sber introduced tech startups.

Experts evaluated the performances of the demo day participants and determined the 9 winning teams. So, in the school accelerator won: Inwors – a web application for digitizing technical plans in 3D, Moscow; Rostok – burning the ashes of domestic animals with a system for planting seedlings, Surgut; Be close! – decorations, Omsk, to track the position of the patient with a warning in the application.
Winners in the student accelerator: Labmein – nanorobots for the treatment of atherosclerosis and thrombosis, Moscow; SPAWN – technology for processing cellulose-containing waste using cork, St. St. Petersburg; SnackSack is a platform for selling good products that are about to expire in Moscow.
The best on the AI track were: Alfaseismika – geophysical methods of non-destructive testing of buildings and structures, Novosibirsk; Sherpa RPA — robotic platform for routine business processes, Astrakhan; Polyptron is a computer vision algorithm for the recognition of neoplasms in the lower gastrointestinal tract in Chelyabinsk.
It is noted that the winners of the youth acceleration awards share cash prizes that they can spend on purchasing equipment to further work on their venture. The Labmein student team also received a grant from the Moscow Seed Fund. Student startup Marker, a top AI projects and an AI-based writing assistant, has received a grant to use the computing power of the Christofari supercomputer in their work. Also, schoolchildren will receive additional points for the Unified State Examination and other benefits when entering universities in 2023.
