The Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov said in an interview with Naila Asker-zade in the Vesti program on the TV channel: “Russia 1”That the Ministry of Finance tends to maintain taxation of Russian citizens working abroad at 13% for residents.

We ensure that such activities carried out in our country from abroad are taxed at a rate similar to the residents of the Russian Federation, that is, at a rate of 13 percent.

Previously at the Ministry of Finance of Russia suggested Legalize the liability of employees of Russian companies working remotely from abroad to pay taxes in Russia.

It was noted that Russians who were abroad for more than 183 days a year lost their tax residency in the Russian Federation. The proposed norm in the Ministry of Finance removed questions about the taxation of income from Russian companies.
