LED optics should be on Vesta in all trim levels. It looks spectacular, but whether it shines effectively is still unclear.
In theory, only a significant increase in beamwidth is expected: +50% in both modes. The low beam has become 10% larger and 32% brighter. But the distant one (I looked at the diagram) is even worse than the previous halogen in terms of footage!
A third party already offers the headlights of the restyled Vesta as spare parts. One costs about 26 thousand rubles – it is cheap for LEDs. But updating the old Vesta by just installing headlights won’t work. We also need a front bumper, but it is not available yet.
The plastic of the pre-reform Vesta didn’t even seem soft. Now the top of the dashboard feels soft, the top of the door cards – in appearance. And so the interior looks more expensive.
The dashboard is new. There were no complaints about the old one. She’s just outdated.
Climate control borrowed from Renault Duster. It would be a shame if this had to be changed in the context of “import substitution”. Vesta’s old block is functionally not bad, but it already looks outdated.
Top media system
The most expensive Vesta should have a vertically oriented “tablet” with a diagonal of 10.4 inches. It is not yet clear which new functions will appear in multimedia. But the screen size is excellent by class standards.
The stroke of the running light and the turn signal (they have the same shape) shows a trace of the latest Renault innovations.
