Consumer Reports (CR), the American non-commercial magazine that studies the consumer properties of goods in the United States. published a list of nine crossover models, which he called the most reliable and economical.
To compile the rating, experts tested 129 different cars. The list of top crossovers, according to CR analysts, included Hyundai Tucson, Subaru Forester, Toyota RAV4 Prime, Subaru Crosstrek, Lexus NX, Honda CR-V, Lexus UX, Toyota Corolla Cross and Toyota RAV4.
The final list includes hybrid and conventional SUVs that performed well in Consumer Reports road tests, received a high reliability rating, and consumed no more than 8.4 liters per 100 kilometers.
