Jidu automobile brand, owned by automobile manufacturer Geely and IT giant Baidu, entered the Russian market. The brand’s first new product, the Robo-01 crossover, will be sold in Russia at a price of 5.8 million rubles, reports Telegram channel Unlimited.
The car was released on the initiative of a Russian distributor, but the manufacturer cooperates with it and is ready to make adjustments to the software. The main feature of the crossover is the autopilot, which provides a fourth level of autonomy, where the driver can intervene in control but is not required to do so.
The crossover is equipped with two electric motors with a total power of 544 hp. and four-wheel drive. The traction battery provides a range of 600 km. The crossover reaches 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.
