Alexander Lytkin, chief expert of the National Council for the Education and Testing of Drivers of Motor Vehicles, said that currently the cost of training in a driving school in Moscow is an average of 45-50 thousand rubles. According to him, these amounts mostly cover various expenses, so the institution can only earn money from additional lessons with students. At the same time, there is a shortage of qualified instructors in driving schools due to low salaries. In this regard, the expert predicted that tuition fees will increase by 30-50%.
