Onur Obut will most likely be tried under Article 85 of the Turkish Penal Code; the maximum sentence under this article is 6 years in prison. Lawyers also predict that the court will sentence Obut to at least two years of probation. If he does not break the law in the next five years, his criminal record will be removed from his personal file.
