Chinese automobile brand Hongqi plans to introduce many new products to the Russian market by the end of 2024. About this to the correspondent of Auto Mail.ru said Hongqi Rus Executive Director Ivan Savelyev. Models include the HS3 crossover and the L1 sedan.

“HS3 is a crossover in the compact segment, but it is really big, this car will appear in the near future, its launch will take place on June 27. HS5, HS7 – this is a full-size seven-seat SUV – all of these cars will appear. And we hope to introduce the large L1 sedan next year,” said Savelyev.

The interlocutor also said that the Hongqi HQ9 minivan will appear on the Russian market, it is now offered with front-wheel drive and a gasoline engine.

Thus, serial assembly of Exeed, starting with the VX model, will begin in July and the first batch will be delivered to dealers in August.

According to Autostat, Exeed is now the most popular premium brand in Russia. By the end of May, almost 3.9 thousand of these cars were sold; analysts estimated the volume of the entire premium segment in the last month of spring 2024 at 11 thousand cars.
