35 stolen luxury cars found in the backyard of a house

The California Highway Patrol can sigh – a two-month investigation into the theft of “a large number of luxury cars” is over. Police gave no details, but said a search was conducted in the San Fernando Valley last week and several stolen vehicles were found, including an Aston Martin Vantage, a Bentley Continental GT and a Corvette C8.

The photos also show crossovers Mercedes-Benz and BMW 8 Series.

A complete list of the cars found is not given, but brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus and Porsche are. And their total cost is $2.3 million.

An additional advantage was that a cannabis plantation with “more than 400 bushes” and weapons was found in the house. As police noted, “vehicle theft suspects are often involved in other crimes, including gun possession, drug trafficking, etc.”

The Los Angeles Times reports that the cars were parked in the backyard of a home belonging to 39-year-old Vaha Chavushyan.
