Russia has developed a technology that will reduce wear on car parts 09:54

Russian scientists have developed a new technology that will reduce friction and wear of car parts. In this respect reports TASS with reference to the press service of the Ural Federal University.

“Tests on real equipment showed that when the ultra-hard ceramic coating was applied, the heat resistance of the internal combustion engine valve part was maintained up to 1 thousand degrees Celsius, and the resistance to oxidative and corrosive wear increased by 480%. and the service life of the parts increases by 10 times. “Using the new technology, the service life of the hydraulic motor shaft increased by 30%, the durability of the punches used in the manufacture of polymer pipelines increased by 100 times, and the efficiency of the process increased by almost half,” he said.

It was noted that scientists from Udmurt State University, institutes of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Udmurt State Agricultural University and Ural Federal University are working on the creation of technology. It is planned to introduce the new technology to interested Russian enterprises in the near future.

Before that in Russia came with Special net that prevents the formation of potholes on the roads. The authors of the invention were scientists from the Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNIPU). After laying a grated pavement, its durability increases. Additionally, the possibility of losing control of the vehicle and having an accident is reduced.

Also researchers from Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov developed Adhesive suitable for road construction from any available materials.

Previously in the Accounts Room connected With the increase in asphalt quality, there is an increase in traffic accidents.
